Centre line navigation extracted from em300 multibeam data files. Use for searching line numbers and coverage details. Raw multibeam data held in archives in the Greta Point Tape Store and a duplicate copy on R.V. Tangaroa in the multibeam lab.

XY coordinates extracted from em300 data files for centre beam position. Decimated so that only every 10th position used to reduce file sizes. Extraction of data scripted on Tesla processing workstation:

1. Run unix script nav2arcinfo *.em3000.nav

2. At Arc prompt run &r load_lines

This process produces a line coverage of the centrebeam positions with segments atributed with line number and Cruise ID.
